Privacy

xchange stores your Telegram user id, your display name, the public addresses of your wallet, and your orders and trades. It stores no private keys, no recovery phrases and no PINs.

Your encrypted wallet is kept in Telegram's cloud storage under your own account; xchange cannot read it.

Transactions are public on the blockchains they settle on. Server logs are kept for operations and deleted within 30 days. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties.
